Destination: Sacré Cœur
Crisp and flaky on the outside,
soft and fluffy on the inside.
The French have definitely got it right.
All you need is:
1 Gustave Eiffel,
7,300 tonnes of wrought iron,
a 1956 fire,
a touch of controversy,
a few artists protesting,
topped off with a radio transmitter.
Mix together and bake for 2 years, 2 months and five days.
Thank you Edinburgh, you’ve been very lovely. It was a pleasure. Be back soon!
